Arvexo serves customers in a growing number of jurisdictions. Because lending against digital assets is regulated differently around the world, availability depends on where you are resident.
Identity verification confirms your country and region. Sanctioned countries cannot access the site. Residents of certain US states and Canadian provinces can browse but cannot borrow. If verification shows a restricted jurisdiction, the account is limited and you will be directed to the region-unavailable page. Contact support if you believe that is an error.
Moving Abroad During a Loan
If you relocate while a loan is active, update your address in your account settings. Your loan continues under its existing terms, but new loans are subject to the rules of your new country of residence.
