We collect the information needed to open an account, verify identity, originate a loan and monitor collateral: name, email, government identity documents, residence country and subdivision, wallet activity related to your loans, and communications with support.
Identity verification is performed by our KYC provider. We store the resulting country and subdivision so we can enforce jurisdictional restrictions independently of that provider.
We do not sell personal information. We share data with custody, payments, email and identity vendors only as required to operate the service, and with authorities when the law requires it.
