About this role
We are looking for a Product Designer to shape how people understand and manage crypto-backed loans. You will own the end-to-end design of core flows, from the loan calculator and onboarding to the dashboard borrowers rely on every day, working closely with engineering, marketing, and leadership.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning complex financial information into clear, confident interfaces.
What You’ll Do
- Design end-to-end experiences across the public website, onboarding, and the borrower dashboard
- Translate lending concepts such as LTV, collateral, and margin thresholds into clear, understandable interfaces
- Maintain and evolve the Arvexo design system in Figma, including components, tokens, and documentation
- Prototype and test ideas with customers and use what you learn to refine the product
- Partner with engineers to ship polished, accessible interfaces on web and mobile
- Contribute to brand and marketing design when campaigns and launches need it
What You’ll Bring
- Experience designing digital products, ideally within fintech, crypto, or another regulated industry
- A portfolio that shows strong visual craft, systems thinking, and clear reasoning behind decisions
- Fluency in Figma, including components, variables, and prototyping
- Comfort working with data, edge cases, and the constraints that come with financial products
- Clear written and verbal communication, and the confidence to present and defend your work
Nice to Have
- Experience with motion or interaction design
- Familiarity with accessibility standards such as WCAG
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
